Cancellation “No Show” Policy
All reservations are important to us! To allow LUXX Beauty Bar stylists the opportunity to use our waitlist and to provide outstanding customer service to all guests, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel (or reschedule) all reservations.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services to the credit card on file. This applies to ANY cancellation reason.
By providing LUXX Beauty Bar with your credit card information to book an appointment, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted our Cancellation “No Show” Policy and agree to be charged if the required cancellation notice period isn’t given.
As a reminder, our salon booking system sends out two text reminders: one 48 hrs before the appointment, which allows you to confirm the appointment, and a second 24 hrs prior as a friendly reminder.
Child Safety Policy
We understand how challenging it is to find time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please make sure they are supervised.
While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
